Apartment Review for Mansions By The Vineyard

I could sit here and write a novel on why this place stinks but I will just stick to the highlights. <P>
1) They called the fire department on me for barbequing in front of my garage just like all the other douche bags do. Maybe if I went to their stupid parties and socialized with the skanks that work there they would have left me alone. <P>
2) They gave us a bill DEMANDING payment for the huge amount of .22 cents! <P>
3) They cherged us for all kinds of BS when we moved out. My wife scrubbed on her hands and knees cleaning it up before we left and they charged us $250 for cleaning! <P>
4) I would have to park all over the complex because parking is horrible. I realy enjoyed trying to find my car the next morning after a fun night out. <P>
5) It took them 3 weeks to give my mortgage company a proof of residence letter when I was trying to buy my house. I thought I was going to have to hold a gun to their heads and make them qrite one longhand! <P>
6) Overpriced, underserviced, unaccommodating, and just plain rude. <P>
If you are considering moving in to this place please find another complex. I have lived in quite a few apartments all over the metroplex and this place is by far the worst experience I have ever had. <P>
