Apartment Review for Mission Pointe Club

I just moved into this apartment not too long ago... but I still think I have a right to gripe. After a week of waiting for the approval I was finally allowed to move in. The apartment looked okay... except for the fact that there was a pond in the bathroom. Aparently a leak in another apartment flooded my bathroom and caused all the carpet surrounding my bathroom to be soaked. And then just a day or two ago after plenty of rain... I discover one of my bedroom corners are soaked also. I've told the management office time and time again about the problems and they just tell me they'll put a work order in for it... they should have fixed the problems BEFORE I moved in. I could go on with the things that are wrong with this apartment complex... such as the roaches, loud neighbors, thin walls, and the annoying mexican carnival music that plays all night. Anywho, don't move into this apartment complex... unfortunately I'm stuck her for a year.... crap! <P>
