We lived here for one and a half years and were a typical low maintenance renter. Were never late on rent, were never noisy or disruptive with our nieghbors, and didn't damage any of the property that we lived in or around. As a thank you, when we left (after having fullfilled our contract) they billed us over 300$ on little things that were worth about 50$ (drip pans for the stove etcs.),...so we called and had the move-out fee lowered to 265$ and went ahead and paid it right away. 6 months later, when we are trying to buy a house, Barrington at Beach st. Comes up on our credit report as a collection item...... NOT Happy. Poor management. Disorganized. They are constantly hiring and firing people, it is impossible to get anything worked out with them.... and they are FAR too quick to ruin peoples credit based on their incompetance to keep track of things properly.
