The service here is awefull to say the least. The people in the office are rude, when you go into the office you have to stand there for at least 10 minutes before they will even acknowledge that you are there. Then they act like they're doing you a favor for helping you. There is black mold everywhere, especially in building 13 which is supposedly sinking because they built in
on top of an underground river!!!
Management seems to make up rules as they go. Even though they have gates at the front of the apartment they are never shut, especially on weekends, what kind of security is that. The apartment personel do not give you notice that their coming into your apartment, I once was right in the middle of act with my spouse when the maintenance guy knocked once then opened the door with the master key!!! How pissed. I can?t wait till my lease run out.
