I too have had to deal with the maintenance man problem. The upstairs tub leaks into my ceiling all the time and they just come and put more spackel on it. They've never actually fixed the problem. There's never a parking spot, my neighbor has 3 cars parked in the front. Only one of them runs! They are rude in the office. I got charged for a new parking sticker when I got a new car, because you have to get a new one for every vehicle. I only have one car, but they charge you for anything they can. They overcharge you for utilities. All of the wooden drawers and cupboards fall apart. It's very crappy! The exit gate is always broken. Fire hazard! There's only one gate in and one out. I've sat at the entrance for 20 minutes while they tried to get the gate to open because it had broken again. People are trashy and loud. Now they've replaced the idiot maintenance man with a bunch of dikes! I feel like I'm being surrounded by lesbians! The chick at the front desk has no brain. She's a total moron! The managers are bitches. I wouldn't live here again if you paid me! I had to live here because of certain unforseen circumstances, but I won't live here much longer.
