I use to live at Beacon Hill Apartments. As far as the office personel, I think they stay on top of things. They've always shown respect to the people who deserve it. The ones that pay their rent on time, pay their utilities on time, don't cause problems, keep their apartments clean inside AND out, and the ones who FOLLOW THE RULES!!! If they think somebody is a trouble maker, they get them out. The people that were complaining about fines and such...well, what do you expect? You get mad because your car was towed? You were parked halfway in a handicap spot!! Good Lord. And you wonder why the parking is bad? It's because of people like you. If I were handicap, I would want your car towed also. How selfish is that?? And the security gate is "TO SECURE!!" They don't want people sneaking in other cars. I like that rule, and always followed it. I've also never had a bug problem. Maybe those people should have kept their apartments cleaner and they wouldnt have had the problem either. They spray every few months, and tell you to let them know if you have a problem and they would come back out. So the bugs were their own fault. The apartments were built in the 1960's, so yes, they might be a little outdated. But you can make a cardboard box look nice, if you try. And I have never lived in a completely quiet complex. All you have to do is make a complaint to the office, and they fix the problem. I also think the maintenance is great, lesbians or not. What does sexual orientation have to do with them getting the job done?? That infuriates me. I would be proud to live in a complex that's open minded like that. At least you know there is no discrimination OF ANY KIND. And they DO get the job done as well as a man. In fact, I think it's better since they've been there. Although I no longer live at these apartments, I would definately live there again. So, if you consider yourself to be a good tenant that can follow rules and pay your bills on time, then I would recommend Beacon Hill Apartments. If not, then keep on hunting!!
