This apratment has very unhelpful and unprofessional management. They are often rude, and very slow to respond to needs and complaints of residents. The maintenance often requires multiple requests to fix even minor repairs. Everyone that I spoke to who lived at this complex experienced the same problems as I did. It is also very noisey, due to poor or lack of sub-standard construction and insullation. I lived at this complex for 6 months, and still had problems that maintenance never fixed. The apartment was also very dirty when I moved in, and in disrepair. Finally, management requests that residents deliver any outgoing mail to the main office, due to frequent mail theft.
