the main problem with Country Place is that they keep changing office personnel. I suppose they are trying to improve, but it seems as though each ofice person they hire is more rude than the last. Whatever happened to professionalism and being polite to the residents? I can never get things in my apartment fixed or repaired in a timely manner. My communications with the office are strained at best. I have always worked in a customer service oriented field and i can't understand the lack of care or concern these individuals show for their residents.
