When I first arrived to Cypress Springs, during my lunch break at work, I thought, "For this price, it should be worth it." Little did I know the freaks come out at night. There are constant noise problems, parties, loud car music, people screaming and yelling. I have seen about 10 cars parked near mine that had windows broken out and radios stolen in the 6 months I lived there. Parking was an issue. I was lucky enough to usually get a spot close to my apartment, but the guests have to park in the VERY BACK by the dumpsters and back gate- not too safe for their cars. The management team there were very RUDE. They tell you half of something and then expect you to know the full story, especially when it involves money. They have a towing service that comes out and tags any and every car for any and every reason. They have no consideration to good residents who pay their rent on time. I guess they'd rather have people pay late fees. If you call three times and get three people ( I think there is only 4 who work in the office), you'll get three different answers. The building itself is falling apart. I was scared to go on my balcony because of the downward slope. there are ants out the wazoo....the pavement in the parking lot is full of potholes. The postman is rude (all I asked is if he had just started passing the mail or was finished and he pretty much bit my head off. Then after that, when I'd pass by him he'd stare me down, like, go ahead, ask me again). If you want a nice place to live, this is not the place. If you just need a cheap spot for a minute, take careful consideration...may not be worth it!
