At first it was nice. Then the people in the office and the office in New Jersey made it seem that they did not care about the tenents just getting the rent. Constant changing of office people. Mailing your rent (to New Jersey) without a signature confirmation is a hassle. Sending out letters threatening what will happen if you do not comply. This one on threatening is without letting you know in advance so you could comply. I can hear the neighbors talking, opening a kitchen cabinet. Tells you there is manditory renters insurance and then gives you ONE name of an insurance company. Wonder if they get a kickback. There is no such thing as manditory renters insurance unless your lease specifically spells it out. Getting renters insurance is in your best interest does mean it is manditory. The make ready people are the noiseist I have ever heard. The laundry is not open at the posted time. Does things SOMETIMES for tenant benefit (pizza party, breakfast), but it is for a few, does not plan enough for ALL the tenants.
Good things: Grounds are beautiful. Lots of parking.
