Review for Reserve At Oak Hill Apartments

I was warned before I moved in but I did not listen and I paid for it. The manager (Jennifer) is extremely unprofessional and if you have a problem don't expect them to help. On top of that there is vandalism, burgulary, speeding in the parking lot, and no parking. The best part of living here was moving out. Moving in I was told that I could buy a fan and they would install it. When I called to have it installed I was informed (in a loud yelling tone) that it was not an emergency and they would install it at some point. When it was finally installed my living room was re arranged and a plate was broken because I could not prove it I was not paid for the item....the installed fan before I move out would occasionally shoots out sparks.
