My roommate and I lived there for three years. As we both hold steady, full-time jobs, we were responsible residents, paying rent on time every month for the entire three-year period. We caused no problems and complied with all managements requests throughout that time. After moving-out and paying a $160 balance for two days of rent and other move-out fees, we received a massive $738.49 bill for supposed carpet, wall, and countertop/bathtub damages. Although this amount was reduced by both the move-out payment and original $100 deposit paid at move-in, the final payment due was still an unreasonable $478.40. The pet fee did not apply to this (apparently), and most of the rest of the charges were things the apartment would need regardless of the condition we left it in.
Overall, the complex is poorly run. The office staff is rude and condescending. The "security" gates are open all the time. The parking is terrible. The noise level is insane at all hours.
DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX.
