Review for Retreat At Fossil Creek Apartments

This complex is on the fast track to the john. It has recently changed owners and management. Now I have no idea as to the new owners intentions, but he/she/it has hired the worst management company I have ever seen (Note: I've lived in three complexes in the last 15 years). I hope the new owner's intent is to reduce occpancy and turn the property into a parking lot or something similar because this current management company has very little going for it. I have seen numerous potential residents sit and wait for these ladies to get off the phone, finish getting their toe rings being put on, and just flat ignoring residents and/or potential residents.
