They have the most rude / undedicated desk staff available. The water and A/C is common to all apartments. Reminds me of my Dorm days at college. I have been here two years and should you decide to move in, bring a flashlight with lots of batteries and keep a rain bucket full because the water for the entire complex is off between 10:00 AM and 12:00 pm
