I lived there for about a year and a half. And duiring that time I had to call the police around 30 times because of the loud bass coming from various apts. On several ocasions other residents tried to fight me and some would yell at my wife. If you don't speak spanish don't move here. We had a drunk non english speaking resident hit my wifes car then pass out at the wheel pinning her car to the curb. Of course he was un insured. We had our car towed because they apartment forget to give us a parking sticker. Also a majoritied of the handouts they put on our door was all in spanish
