Springs Oak apartments is good place to live "as long" as they have manager who run apartments right and go by owners rules. Owners of Spring Oak apartments are very nice people and they do try to get good managers.
I know I was manager there and turn place into nice place when I was there . Some times others who live there just didn't want follow rules and "rules" set up for apartment safety and nice place to live.
Sometimes others who live there don't want follow rules and that not good and trys make hard on manager also. They need understand manager has big job to run apartment complex and deal with so many different people and all I wanted when I was there was have nice and safe place for everyone who live there.
If I had do over I still be manager there and cont do good job that I know in my heart I did while I was manager at Spring Oak Apartments. I love living there and being there apartment manager for few years.
I want thank Owners for ever given me job and I sorry I ever left as manager of Spring Oak Apartments and to all ones that live at Spring Oak while I was manager most of them like me and wrote good ref on me as manager they knew I care for everyone there. Of course there some I could not please who didnt want go by rules but rules was set only make it safe place to live.
