Sycamore Hills apartmenst makes the FRONT of the complex look "fairly good" to lure people in. It's a gated community but they're always broke and people slink in anyway. The pool in the back is NEVER open, it seems to be under Mtc. all the time. They're always closing the main pool too because people don't know how to behave or are destroying the pool in some way. People come into the ocmplex to dump THEIR trash in our dumpsters. The laundry facilities are HORRIBLE and not very safe, washers/dryers are always broken. MAINTENANCE SUCKS. They have one blowhard main mtc. man who is lazy as can be and doesn't know HOW to fix things. There is one other mtc. man that's better but they NEVER get around to fixing the tennants who live here's stuff. They have a lot of empty apts. they spend all their time "fixing". When you first move in, they're good about "getting to you for repairs" once you've been here awhile FORGET getting mtc. done. I spent a year and a half trying to get my bedroom door fixed...they FINALLY got it HALF fixed. I had to threaten reporting them to get my AC fixed after a week. I've lived here 1 1/2 yrs so far and get NO assistance without bitching. I've had to call the police twice this year already for problems in my area.
