You will be living in the ghetto. Tenants look like they just arrived from the ghetto, and act like it. Once a premier apartment complex, now unlivable if your human. Had rain actually coming in living area for 8 mths. Was told they would get me a barrel. Had birds in walls from holes in roof, they scratched and clawed day and night until they died in the walls, then new ones would get in. Had a prostitute across from apt living w/ her brother, homeless coming for buisness there, three at a time. Condoms in parking lot and double edged large razor blades in parking area. Useless, skanky office personel. Ghetto persons continually walking in and out of apts. And using the pool. Had front door kicked in while I was at work, and neighbors are constantly robbed. Office skanks always cheated everyone I ever knew when they moved. Probably keep money themselves. First apt I had there had walls soaked from leaks in the wall and from upstairs. Office skanks change every time you blink and never get accounts correct. Ever. They keep you there by lying to you that your lease is not up, then send you a letter months later wording it that your lease will be up, when it was up months earlier, they even put that original mth in your letter, then won't let you out, even though it was up mths ago. Are they that desperate to keep decent tenants? Well decent ones are all gone now. I could go on and on, but you hopefully get the picture. I wrote to Grand Peaks in Colorado and let them know what trashy apts they own, they never replyed. Could have sued them many times over and still might.So yourself a BIG FAVOR, and stay clear.
