Apartment has holes all over the baseboards, makes it impossible to keep bugs out. Appliances are old and extremely expensive to run. I know houses that have cheaper electric bills. When the thermostat is set to 79, I shouldn't have bills ranging in the 250's, in the winter they will top 300. lots of wannabe gangbangers running around bassing out thier cars at all ours of the night. But the worst is the breakins. Cars mainly but my nieghbor above me had his apartment broke into. My car has been hit twice, all of my nieghbors have been hit at least once. If you rent here you will be broken into. The management doesn't care, they don't live here. Also, the are really mean and uncaring. Overall I would have to say that this is the worst apartment I have ever had.
