Apartment Review for Amli At Fossil Lake

I've lived in my apartment for a few months now and I really like it. It has plenty of perks (car wash, dog park, nice pool, workout facilities, private yards, etc.). They're located in a secluded area yet surrounded by restaurants and shopping, so the location couldn't be better.

I will say I've been annoyed by a few things: first, the security to the place is dubious at best. The gates to the property have been broken for two months now, which is 100% inexcusable. Maintenance is alright and reasonably speedy to fix issues. Office staff has alwyas been nice to me, and the apartments themselves are pretty nice.

I will say the ceilings are pretty thin. I have a ground floor apartment and I can hear my upstairs neighbors walk around constantly, as well as whenever they flush the toilet or drain their bathtub. Still, I'd recommend the apartments. I have to say the people with certain complaints are just complaints related to apartments, not just this apartment. If they could fix the **** gate I'd rate this complex higher.
