Love the apartment! Really nice hardwood floors, cabinets and lighting. One of the nicest apartments I’ve ever seen. I had a small but great backyard for my dog to play in; which is amazing to have in an apartment. Easy access to walks on the golf course. Staff was just ok and the maintenance was well kept.

The apartments are isolated from traffic which was the best part because there was no noise. The neighborhood is awesome too. It's very quiet. The apartments right across Avington Park, are a little far from Amli. You are surrounded by the golf course. That is a great view. If you live at Amli, you will get discounts at the golf course and some of the restaurants around the neighborhood. The units were new when we moved in and parking was great. Once the last two buildings were done, parking during the weekend was kind of bad. The maintenance is good, they take care of you as soon as you call. The appearance is awesome, it's always clean. Safety, well, there were two consecutive times that the flat screens in the gym were stolen and all the computers in the lab were stolen too! That was their fault because they still don't have camera's in the building. We never hear of break ins though. The office staff are *** holes and smart *****, except the manager Nichole, she is very sweet. I would give them a five if it wasn't for them.
