The office personnel are extremely nice until they get you in, then they are the rudest people you ever want to meet, especially the manager, Donna French. The maintenance guys are extremely sorry - if they fix something it's broke again within 2 days.

But the worse? They allow drug dealing to go on here all of the time, and gangs, 20 or more people are always hanging around. People fight all of the time, heck the manager got her butt beat just the other day for being rude to someone visiting a resident here. I DO NOT feel safe, and am considering breaking my lease to get out.

I had fleas and had to air my apartment out after I treated the fleas. I didn't want to ask the office to fumigate my apartment because they're sorry and would have taken forever. They claimed they didn't have a ladder to reach my SECOND story windows which were sealed shut, and I wound up getting sick from inhaling the fumes, even though I asked them several times, and even completed several maintenance requests. Do you think they even took $100 off my rent? I had to take off work 3 days, go see a doc and also pay for meds, but these buttheads couldn't take something off my rent.

Then, when they finally unsealed the windows, one of the sorry behind maintenance guys used my nightgown which was on the bed to unscrew something. He tore my gown, and threw it on the floor near the window. Can you believe they claim they didn't do it? So I'm supposed to be stupid and think I wore a gown with that big of a hole to bed the night before. I'm taking those slum lords over at PINNACLE MANAGEMENT to small claims court.
