Apartment Review for Crescent Oaks

I have only lived here for a month and most of the time I do not have hot water - if I have water at all. The water has been turned off with no notice for them to work on it. I've asked several times for certain maintenance things to be taken care of and they have not been done yet. The individuals in the office tell me they need my key because they have lost the original key to my mail box and apartment. Then when I take them the mail box key - they forget they have it, can't find it and then tell me they don't need it. They advise they will give the maintenance man a message but I never know if it gets given to him or not because the work doesn't get done. I was given an amount for reletting my apartment and if things do not change quickly - I am seriously considering moving. <P>
