If you sleep past 7, the noise can be a problem - tire shop and fire trucks. Besides that it is the best apartment in the area and minutes from downtown and a lot of great restaurants. landscaping and maintenance requests are very well taken care of. A bit more expensive than it should be, but if you are looking for a nice place this is it. Not the best place for having over guests due to parking, but very comfortable.

Owners of property are the problem. They want you to pay "market rate" but not actually maintain the property. Managers are always trying to reason with the owners (at least they say they do) and to no avail. Owners are lawyers so you have not shot in **** of reasoning with them. Property noise is horrible as managers are trying to fill the spaces available, and it seems like they aren't as picky in finding people to lease. If you happen to live by the pool the alley way behind you at night can be really noisey even though they claim to have double payned windows. All noise echos right off the buidlings. Mostly okay place if you have too much money to spend.
