Rented: From 2006 To 2008

I moved here in the summer of 2006. Brenda was the manager then and this place was Great. Since Brenda left it has definetly gone down hill. There was Cryptosperidium found in the pool in 2008 and children have died from it. The Department of Health shut it down, not the complex. I had sewer gas smell in my apartment and they said it was a figment of my imagination. The gate malfunctioned this morning and ate my fender and put an 8" gash in my rear passenger door, the staff said they are not responsible for the gates. I no longer live here thank God. I know of two other people who have gashes in their vehicles, why not get a camera instead of putting metal spikes on the gates. If a child were to go by and the gates malfunction, the child gets hurt or worse dies, they still wouldn't be responsible. I wouldn't allow my worst enemy to live here the streets are a much better place.
