Rented: From 2004 To 2009

I moved here in 2004 when Brenda was the manager and Katrina was in leasing and eventually assistant manager. Now that they are gone this place has really gone to crap! Ita run by a bunch of incompetent temps!

Management is rude and they take their time filling work orders when things break down.

The gates are always broken (now that's security), dog poop is everywhere and kids are allowed to run rampant playing in the streets. Tenants must pay $5 to have their trash collected but hten it just sits at the curb all day...what the hell am I paying 5 bucks for!

they've gotten rid of all the tennant activities...No more nice newsletter or coffee, tea, soda and snacks in the clubhouse. No more movie nights either.

This use to be a really cool place to live (it was clean and the staff was competent and friendly) but now I can't wait to get the hell out of here.
