Review for Riverstone Apartments

I just thought I would post a note to warn future residents because at first,I really thought this was a cute place until I came back a visited a few more times.
I love the area these apartments are in, so close to the Trinity trails and Hulen Mall.This apartment complex was the most disappointing and I can see why it was cheaper than the other ones down the street. The trash was blowing all over the place and the leasing agent said they have free trash pickup for residents. Well,I took my roommate by there also, so I visited twice in a few days, and there was still trash everywhere to be picked up and blowing all over the place. They have one large trash bin in back of the property and not convenient for residents. I will definitely pay $50 more a month for a different place that doesn't look like trailer trash. I told the leasing agent when she called, why my roomate and I were going somewhere else but she was rude and not very nice even though I was trying to be polite and honest about the trash situation.

Totally agree with above and living so close to Como with no lights in stairwells!!! Safety is of no concern to the manager because she doesn't live here!
