I Really Like It Here! Safe And Clean!

Rented: From 2008 To 2009

I have lived here for over a year now and it is great! The management changed about a year ago and they have really worked all of the kinks out! The core office staff is friendly. They've thrown a few resident activities which were alot of fun! The new maintenance guys are great. I have needed a few workorders done and they fixed them immediately! I see our courtesy police officers walking the property (I think they live here)...I had a noisy neighbor and they responded quick...no problems since. Grounds are clean (except on the morning of valet trash pickup...but they pick it up by 10 am)! For the most part it is quiet. So if you want a "party" apartment atmosphere don't come here! PLEASE! But if you want a quiet, pleasant apartment come to Riverstone!
