Apartment Review for Summer Brook

From the moment I signed my lease I have had NO complaints! I live here alone, with my young child, and I feel safe, secure and taken care of. I have the Fort Worth Police department e-mail me when there is a crime and I am pleased to say there have been no issues, not even a noise complaint. I have lived in several apartments through the years and have never been treated so well! To make it easier, I will list the qualities I love about Summer Brook:

* Office staff is refreshingly helpful and polite! It was raining cats and dogs when I went up to the office to get my gate opener. I didn't bring a umbrella and the office manager, Joseph, let me use HIS umbrella so I wouldn't get soaked. I have never had a apartment staff member be so kind. Rebecca has been so sweet and helpful when I speak to her too. She is very friendly and personable, which is rare AFTER you sign a lease. I LOVE the staff/maintenance crew and their professionalism! Give them ALL raises...SERIOUSLY! :-)

* When I have any maintenance requests, I call the office and they are at my apartment within minutes. The last apartment I lived at, it took days and sometimes weeks for my requests to be filled. I had a wasp's nest and they came right away and got rid of those little monsters! My AC wasn't working, due to the construction, and they came right away, like Superman! I got locked out on my patio and Rebecca, from the office, came within 1 minute to help me. The maintenance workers are so friendly, polite, helpful and QUICK!

* The grounds are clean and quite. I had so many problems in this area with my last apartment. Having a small child, any loud noise and nap/bedtime is disrupted, which is not good for Mama. I am pleased to say, my child has slept peacefully every night and naptime. I can take my child anywhere in Summer Brook and will not have a problem with dog poop, litter or annoyingly loud people. My child likes to pick up random things on the ground and I am pleased that there is no opportunity for that here! Summer Brook provides doggy poop bags and I always see people picking up their dog's droppings. Even the maintenance men go around leaf blowing the street to clean up what the construction workers leave behind. Being a clean freak myself, anyone that hates dirt or messes would love it here. I have never had a complaint about my neighbors either!

* The apartments are beautiful and well kept, even for my standards, which are high. The appliances are up to date, lots of square footage, security systems are loud, HUGE closets (jump for JOY shopaholics) and great accents. The pool and hot tub are beautiful, well maintained and has a huge covered patio, shower to rinse off and a volleyball net. There's a big gym with a TRAINER that comes to work out with the tenants! I don't use the gym but I think that is a great perk...if the trainer was Brad Pitt I just might start working out! There is a dog park, that if I had a dog, I would use.

Out of all the apartments I looked at and have lived in, I am glad I chose to live at Summer Brook! I feel safe in my home, which can be rare in a apartment complex. The staff is great at meeting the tenants needs and the maintenance crew work hard to fix anything! They go above and beyond the call! I am so pleased I moved here and would recommend Summer Brook to anyone! I am posting this review on any and every apartment rating website, I love Summer Brook so much!
