Apartment Review for The Marquis At Stonegate

Okay, I must say the apartments are pretty nice themselves when I was shown where we would be living. The day we moved in however, the place looked like someone had a keg party in it the night before. I don't even think they came to clean it at all. Parking SUCKS! Don't even think about having friends over, no where to park and they love to TOW, 8:05 and here come the tow trucks. Hard to park here even if you live here. There are about 8 parking spaces by me, and that is for like 3 buildings. The management might be the biggest group of idiots I have EVER seen. From not knowing our rent, to overcharging rent, they just don't know what is going on! Maintenance is wonderful however, they have always been here within 1 hour that I requested them. It makes it to live here because it is a very young community, big college area and cool neighbors- overall the apartment inside has a great set up and also offers high speed internet service, good luck with your search!
