Very old but in a good neighborhood ( over a year ago )

Mostly all retired. Buillt in the 50's or 60's. Large 3 bedrooms. Problem gets really hot in summer. I am very allergic so can't oopen windows. All bills paid. cheap. Apartments have very old plumbing, air is cooled by large water cooler that they have control of. Air turned on by them when they decide. No insulation, flat roof. <P>
