They have a very poor conditioning but expensive. Some apartments has only one small window for the room. For a summer can be a horrible place to stay. They will charge you more if you ask to install a fan. Totally does not worth a trouble if you want to live in a healthy place. Management changes very often to lessen responsibilities. <P>
