Apartment Review for The Lodge At Baybrook

The apartments themselves look lovely and the grounds look nice. I moved in a year ago and initially was very happy.
However, since the new management and the turnover of all the office staff this place has been a disaster. (Aound mid-March 2005)
I am kept awake all night because they leave the pool music on and I live right outside the pool.
I have complained numerous times, however, nothing has ever been done about it.
The cops told me to call with and emergency(just to get them to return my call), but they have only responded once after approximately 8 phone calls. And that was because I told them I had a backed toliet. I still took them 3-4 hours to respond to that.
I have talked to the leasing agents who are all very young and very rude. Theycould care less whether their tenats are being kept awake all night or night. As a matter of fact they leave it on much more often now. I believe that is because it is they themselves partying out by the pool till 5am in the morning.
I have finally decided I can't take it anymore and I look forward to moving out of this beautiful ****-hole.
