The negatives of this apartment complex are few.
1) No cable tv only satellite
2) Parking can get quite bad at night
3) Walls are thin and you will hear stomping all through the night on occasion
4) Small Living rooms and low shower pressure.
5) Only one garbage area and it overflows into the street area quite often because trash pickup is only twice a week
Alot of Positives
1) Nice carpet and beautiful walls and molding
2) Big bathrooms
3) Giant Balconies
4) Quality Maintenance service
5) Never any mold or insect problems
6) Quality washer and dryers
7) The management never comes in to check apartments unless you ask them to (great privacy).

I have had a wonderful experience here. Christie is a great person with a wonderful heart. What some people don't understand is, you can't always make everyone happy. There are hundred of apartments here with numerous tenants per apartment who have had a great experience at the Lodge. Overall, she handles situations to the best of her capability. For the record, the manager has a boss who is constantly aware of all situations that occur on the property. Therefore, managers handle situations based off of their bosses decisions. If you are interested in moving to a beautiful community with easy access to stores and freeways, The Lodge at Baybrook is a great place to call home. The Hanover Company is GREAT!!
