Apartment Review for The Reserve At Autumn Creek

We have lived here for 3 months. I wish I would have lived somewhere else. This complex is managed so poorly. Our apartment has storm damage from Hurricane Ike. We were told that the apartment should have been repaired before we moved in, but they were busy, and it was overlooked. Right'! The apartment was filthy, and we had to clean it. The washer and dryer are junk at best. It takes hours to dry a load of towels, and the washer frequently damages our clothes. The work out room is a joke. The equipment is junk. The apartments are so poorly maintained. They do not keep the ones in back looking nice, only the ones in the front. There is nowhere to park. The parking situation is terrible. You have to park in a fire zone or handicapped spaces. Don't let them tell you don't have to pay any utilities except electric and cable, IT IS A LIE! I hope my review saves you some grief. Do not live here.
