Review for Arioso Apartments

I lived here 6 months. I broke my lease because of the problems that were going on and not taken care of here at Arioso.

First of all there is not great parking. If you have groceries or small children to carry in then get ready to sweat and build some muscle because you will go a long way.

Criminals love this place because most people that live there is nicer middle class people that work their butt off to have nice things. Well criminals come in and break into cars(mine and a bunch others) and apartments and walk out scott free. This has happened several times while I was there.

The noise was aweful! I lived on the second floor and I could hear everything above me and beside me. It sounded as if there were elephants running around when it was really just thin floors and walls.

The office staff are nice but very stupid, ding bats I would say. The misplace everything including my file while I was living there and after I moved out.

If you just concern about a place looking nice than this is it but if you that and security then don't even bother coming here.
