Apartment Review for The Belmont

To anyone thinking of living here do not do it the rent keeps going up for no reason. When I moved in they said we will have 24hr security and the community is a nice place to live. My Apartment has been burglarized, my vehicle has been burglarized and my neighbors have the same issues. The promised security drives in once a day for 5 min and just parks at the front office.The maintenance is a joke they have two pot heads the the Mexican and black guy both look like they were found out the hood.Then theirs the racists white guy. All three maintenance men can not fix anything, the Mexican maintenance is arrogant and rude and should be fired.Then we move to the management all I have to say is the apartment complex is a joke. The front gate is always open never closed or its always broken. The tennis court is in the back corner of the complex with cracks in the ground no lighting no net broken fence. I can go on and on and on.Something needs to be done. Pets all the people in the complex with animals let there animals **** every where. So I cant even take my kids out for a walk because everywhere you walk theirs ****.Many complaints to the management but they just don't care. Also seems each month the water bill raises dramatically. I hope you get the point do not move here until their is change. research before you buy they will sell you false promises.
