Review for Wimberly Point Apartments

We moved in to Wymberly Crossing (same as Wymberly Pointe) because the rent was low and they had just remodeled the unit. We had beautiful wood laminate through-out the apartment. They also had new appliances. When we moved in we noticed a bunch of stuff, paint was patched up with a different color, glue was stuck to the floors, no screens on the windows. Our first week there I noticed something was wrong with the dishwasher, it seemed unsturdy. I called Maintenance and no one ever came. The dishwasher actually fell out and cut me! It was only then that they finally sent someone. Then water started coming up form the floor in the kitchen. It's taken them OVER 3 MONTHS TO FIX THIS! Once they finally did, they had to cut a hole in the wall in the closet and left dirt and debri everywhere. ALSO the pool is closed on a regular bases, the laundry room has been open maybe 1 month out of the almost 8 months that we've been living there. Our main problem was that management was never helpful. They never seemed to care about our problems or have any urgency to help us get them fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO ANYONE.
