Review for Wimberly Point Apartments

Horrible experience.This is my first experience in an apartment complex on my own. When I moved in the first problem I had was the maintenance, once I reported something that was in need of being fixed, it took several weeks for maintenace man to fix it. This was an ongoing problem throughout my two years here. Secondly the place was crawling with roaches. I thought it was the original one bedroom that I was in but when I moved to the renovated 2 bedroom, I experienced the smae thing. In addition to this , the management was absolutely horrible and I went through two management staffs the short period that I was there. I choose to upgrade to the two bedroom a month before my lease was up. At this time I was given a day that it would be availble. The week before it was time for the move, I packed all of my things and rented a moving truck to assist me. When I went to the office I was told that my apartment would not be ready for another week. Very upset and inconvienced I requested the expenses of the moving truck, which they stated that they would reimburse( I never saw this reimbursement)even after contacting their corporate office. Finally moved into a different unit, as stated before, I still had maintenance issues and roaches, oh and hot can I forget a mouse!!! I finally got fed up and decided to move out. I cleaned this apartment spotless and followed up with the office in regards to my deposit, 2 weeks later after 3 follow ups, I was told that I would not get my deposit back. Needless to say the ONLY thing good anout the apartments is the affordable rent. But with all of the problems attached to the rent, you are better off paying a higher price and receiving better service!!!
