I absolutely hate the fact that they try so hard to get you into an apartment and neglect valuable information. They come months and months later saying that you owe money from when you first moved in. Why would you give someone keys if they owe. WTF. They never accepts the responsibilty of there lack of communication. Dumb broads. No one knows anything and the person you need to talk to in never there. I would not recommend this place to no one. Whatever you do keep all reciepts and make someone sign money order reciepts whatever. I think they are getting over on people.

The sound insulation of this place is terrible, you can hear at all times where your upstairs neighbors are at, and to what station their tv is on. They price gouge you in fees when your lease is up, and look for any excuse to not refund your deposits. Their leasing agents are very friendly at all times, before and after the lease signing, but their accuracy with numbers is questionable all the way to the manager. <P>

Look nice from a distance, but terrible construction up close. If you plan to live anywhere other than the top floor prepare to hear dogs barking and even conversations are comprehendable...they must have cut huge corners in sound reduction between floors...I have never heard so much routine(not excessive) noise from an apt....and at 800-1000 per mounth...cough <P>
