I love it here mu utility bills are pretty good. The office staff is very laid back and takes care of you. Your service request get done pretty much the same day. You wiil love the kitchens and large roomy bathrooms. Have not had a problem yet. By the way the pool is never full. You can pretty much have the pool to your self. <P>

First off, this is a great looking property. The only problem is you can't put a house from Beverly Hills in the middle of Compton, so to speak. It is smack dab between the crappiest apartments in all of Grapevine and a trailer park called Wheel Estates. SERIOUSLY, WHEEL ESTATES! <P>
The vagrants from the crappy apartments next door think these apartments are a shortcut. So there are always seedy people lingering outside your building. The apartments are nice but the ceilings are paper thin so if your neighbor drops their toe-nail clippings on the floor, your going to hear it. <P>
It has a nice pool too, if you can elbow your way through all the people that come from the apartments next door, you might get to use it. The workout room would be great if people actually locked it. Often the universal machine will be broken because our friends from next door were trying to get it to do their taxes. <P>
The office staff isn't very polite when you have a problem and don't handle situations between residents with much tact. When I decided to move here I was blinded by how nice the apartments looked instead of analyzing the total picture. <P>
For the money you spend you could do better elsewhere in Grapevine. If you value your safety, peace/quiet, and sanity then check out other apartments in a better location. <P>
The ceilings are ridiculously thin! It sucks! <P>
