if you're looking for a convenient location to live, this is a great spot. also, the neighbors were really nice and the pool in the courtyard was pretty popular. the trees are large and provide good shade. the parking is tough, with visitor parking being very hard to come by. safety and theft seemed about average. also, the rent is a bit steep for the few amenities this place offers.

the manager seems nice at first, but i saw her peaking through various openings to watch the people on the property; either from her office or as she watered the landscape. a few of the other tennants, including me, had issues with the staff entering their unit without notice during a non-emergency situation. for example, if there was some maintainence scheduled for a unit by yours, the staff might enter yours without any notification before or after entering. one time this happened to me when i was sick and sleeping during the day, i woke up to two guys entering my unit. another tennant found out there were people inside the unit because questions were asked after getting home one day to find the front door wasn't locked.

i have given this property a 3 for the great neighbors, convenient location and courtyard, in spite of the management.
