Review for Berkshire Crossings Apartments

Really expensive, 2-2 has a REALLY small kitchen, it took 6 months to replace the bedroom at $180 bucks. only one exit and enter gate, easy code to remember and it never changes. We had a downburst wich ripped part of the roof off and they have never have been able to fix it. living c-, lighting d, flooding (usually not) b+ Front office F- (they went with a new company and they do not let you know when you have a package fron usps) fixing doors, patio foundation, F! (the said a year ago they were going to level the patios and they haven't) They Have Free DSL in the office when they are open but it is only 128k compared to time warner that is at 5-10 MB depending how much you want to pay, currently 39.95-69.95 plud tax etc.
