i have lived in Blue Ash for almost a year and this has been the worst experience of my life! The office is on it's 3rd set of managment staff in the past 11 months. When i did my apartment walk through with managment there were roaches crawling everywhere including on me! I was told all I needed to do was bomb the apartment and that didn't work , my air conditioning unit has leaked more than 4 times, I have spiders and have been bitten 4 times and every time they switch managment staff the new people always seem to be more rude than the one before. At one point I had to go to the office to confront the assistant manager because she hung up the phone in my face because apparently I was calling to much trying to find out when somebody was coming to unstop my toilet that had been stopped up for 3 days. I was told "You have two use the other one". This was the third time the sewer system had backed my toilet up and this was the toilet in my room and the middle of winter and everytime my heater came on my whole house would stink. The fumes from the leaking a/c made me and everyone in my house sick. Our throats were sore we had a fever a cough and a runny nose. I also forgot to mention in the winter my heat went out and in one of my kids room we have NEVER had a second mirrorerd closet door there is and has always been only one dishwasher doesn't and has never worked. Anybody reading this and considering moving into blue ash this is ALL TRUE!!! I AM NOT LYING!!! I HATE IT THERE!!! DON'T DO IT PLEASE!!! If I hadn't signed a lease I would've left the first day.PLEASE DON'T DO IT!! All they do is lie. They don't fix anything and if they do they don't fix it right . BLUE ASH IS AWFUL!
