Review for Boca Springs Apartments

I have been here for over 3 years, and I just love it. The management team is very friendly, attends to all our needs, and if they cant help at that time, they advise us when it will get done. Despite that this apartment complex is located near the getto, it is a great place. Sure there is going to be people that talk bad about this complex, but they probably incountered a problem and think its the end of the world. Anyone that talks bad about this complex, maybe they need to move to the town park area. Also, about car being broken into, well, that happens everywhere a person leaves there purse, or wallet in the front seat. This complex has a very well respected courtacy officer. This officer makes rounds constantly, and even knows people by names. About the gym, well, I am a pool player, and that table has got to go. It is unbalanced, and the gym equipment is ok, but they can do better, the same with the paint on the walls, it is so distracting when I do my work out.

One more thing, that office floor needs an emergency repair as well at the carpet. That is the first place where we as a tenent see, and we need to see a good first impression.

As far as the apartments they are excellent, some times repairs may be needed, but tell me what complex does not need repairs from time to time. Oh! about the movies in the office, well, that does suck, I have t give a 15 dollars diposit for 5 year ago movies. I understand the depoist because alot of people decide not to return them, but come on, lets get some recent movies.
