Review for The Boulevard Apartments

This apartment complex is nice and is located in a prime location, Upper Kirby! But this complex does not justify the steep rent! The apt appliances and miniscule fitness center equipments are low end. The insulation is bad so you can get to know your neighbors intimately plus it makes your electric bill go crazy esp in the summer. Parking is inadequate esp. late at night. There arent enough storage. I understand that crime happens anywhere, this is just a friendly warning, this apartment complex is not a stranger to all kinds of break-ins lately. Numerous apartment and car break-ins have happend that you will get to know your local police patrol by name! The gate is almost always broken and the fact that they dont replace the lights in the parking lot as soon as they go out does not help. On the positive side, the grounds are well-kept. The maintenance guy is prompt and courteous and the office people are okay. Overall if you want to waste your hard earned money, you'll feel at home here, otherwise, do a little apartment shopping some more. Don't let me tell you, I told you so!
