Review for The Boulevard Apartments

The Boulevard is a great small apartment complex located in central Houston. It is within walking and short driving distance from Rice Village, Rice University, the Texas Medical Center, the Museum District, and Upper Kirby. Although the apartment does not have some of the amenities of some complexex, the size of the complex allows for a more personal service and a quieter beautiful surrounding.
