Review for Camden Crossing Apartments

overall, ok place if you need large space, safe area, low rent. from Nov. 2005 for 12 month lease, we had a 2-2 with 991 sq ft that felt like 3-2 house, so spacious. they enclosed the patio into a sunroom with 5 windows, which our birds & guinea pigs loved. they did all repairs day requested, to our satisfaction, when our a/c went out, the unit was replaced the next day (a $1,500-$1,800 expense if we'd owned a house this size).

paid $673 for this apt, very affordable for the space. use Green Mountain Energy for electric, extremely expensive ($150-$226 range we paid), and TvMax is their contract for TV & Internet; we had many complaints of service gone out with TV Max. in Sept. 2006 TV Max employees were friendlier on the phone, maybe from the complaints.

The laundry room has had problems. We reported non-working dryers and machines to Coin Mach and are waiting on the refund, $1.00 for dryer, $1.25 for machines. They use laundry cards here, not coins. But there are usually machines open for use, people rotate well using them.

We've had overall great neighbors, rare noise. Neighbors seem to look out for each other & for crime. Check it out for yourselves, that's what we do. Visit layout in daytime and drive through complex at night, see how safe you feel. We enjoyed it and only moved b/c of husband's work.
