Rented: From 2004 To 2007

I've been living here for 3 years and been happy, but ever since the new management took over in June I've been very unhappy. The managers do not care about the concerns of the residents. I used to have a very good relationship with the old manager, she was very nice. The new one is a total bitch!!! I believe her name is Cynthia. PLEASE! PLEASE! Do not move to Central Park Apartments. There are maintenance problems, bat problems, the place floods when it rains and the management doesn't care about anything.
