Review for Chelsea Court Apartments

Someone was murdered here (June 2005) over a cell phone. And the parties invovled weren't residents, so the background check done on residents didn't accomplish anything. I've only seen the local drug dealer out here once, but then again, I usually go to bed early (around 10:30)! Haven't had problems with the residents here, but all the people coming and going that shouldn't be in the complex are a real problem. If you're looking for a bargain on rent, and can defend yourself, this is the place for you. Everyone else, steer clear.
